The Pay
- $25-$30 per hour, based on experience
- Overtime available
- Among the highest-paying tow jobs in the AAA contractor network
- Paid training from day one
Pick Your Shift
- Day shift: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Evening shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
- Weekends are part of both schedules

- A major AAA contract averaging around 200 calls a day
- Two San Jose police contracts
- Commercial accounts across the area
The Equipment
You'll have a full, well-rounded fleet to work with, and you won't be limited to one type of truck. We run:

- 15 flatbeds, big and small
- 12 wreckers, including a light-medium duty and a true medium duty

Where You'll Work
We're based in downtown San Jose and cover most of San Jose and parts of Santa Clara. You'll know the streets, the freeways, and the customers.

We Pay for Your Training
- CHP Level 1 tow training, paid by us
- Ongoing continuing training to build your skills and keep your certifications current
- No towing experience? If you're reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn, talk to us.
What You'll Do
- Operate flatbeds and wreckers safely and efficiently
- Respond to roadside, accident, and police calls and recover and transport vehicles
- Check your truck and equipment before and after every shift
- Keep accurate tow records
- Work with dispatch and your crew to get customers moving again
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class C driver's license and a clean driving record. No CDL needed.
- Towing experience preferred, but not required if you're willing to be trained
- Good attitude and strong customer service. People on the worst day of their month are counting on you.
- Dependable, on time, and comfortable working weekends
- Mechanical or automotive know-how is a plus
